I have been working on creating textures for renders for my design business. You can see several here. Shooting for photo real. No AI. I like to make my own textures.

3D render of great room in plan I am working on.

Just drew up this project and rendered. No AI. Created 3D model, and using HDRI for lighting. Looks like I need to add some dirt.

Here is a Master Suite Addition I am working on.

Just designed this shop and provided plan set for construction, submitted to bld department today. Another happy client!

Current design I am working on, Once finished will create a builder planset for construction. Let me know if I can help you design a remodel or new build.
