Through breath, movement, and inner listening, we’ll explore the embodied patterns of appeasement, and learn to sense the difference between a sacred yes and an embodied no.

We are honored to announce the newest graduates for our 200 hour yoga teacher training; Lead From The Heart.

These teachers have worked so hard and grown so much over the last few months! We couldn’t be more proud of them, or excited to introduce you to them!

To support their journey and give them real-time experience, we’re offering Community Classes will be on Sundays at noon starting this in June (Check the Calendar!)
