Gr8ter
We Are Gr8ter. We believe in mental health recovery. We empower people to overcome mental health struggles in order to live the lives they desire.
Gr8ter empowers people affected by mental and emotional struggles to overcome the shame that may be holding them back so they can reach their full potential. For so many of us, a diagnosis or struggle can bring on feelings of hopelessness or that we canโt achieve what we really want. YOU deserve to have Gr8ter joy, Gr8ter relationships, and Gr8ter success. We believe that all people can reach thei

Happy First Day of Summer to everyone who joined us through snowstorms, sunshine, and everything in between.
The weather changes.
The trails change.
The seasons change.
But this community keeps showing up. ๐
We can't wait to see where this season takes us.

Juneteenth is a day of freedom, reflection, and remembrance.
It reminds us that liberation, healing, and justice are not always immediate โ but they are always worth moving toward.
At Top of Tamarack, we believe in the power of movement, connection, and purpose. We climb to honor stories, build community, and create space for healing.
In honor of Juneteenth, weโre offering $19 off registration with code RISE19.
Valid June 19 only.
Join us on the mountain September 26.

Men Mental Health Month is recognized in June!
This is your reminder to check in on the men in your life. ๐
The ones who always seem "fine."
The ones who carry a lot but don't talk about it.
The ones who show up for everyone else.
Sometimes the strongest thing someone can hear is:
"How are you really doing?"
A conversation can make a bigger difference than you know.

The best part of Gr8ter has never been the specific events.
It has always been the people we met because of it.๐

Movement canโt cure trauma.
But it can help reconnect people back to themselves.
Research continues to show that movement, time outdoors, and community support can positively impact mental health, anxiety, depression, and PTSD symptoms.
Thatโs one of the reasons spaces like trails, races, hiking groups, and community events matter so much.
Healing doesnโt always happen sitting still.
Sometimes it happens:
๐ฅพ one mile at a time
๐ฒ one conversation at a time
๐ค one safe connection at a time
You deserve support in every form it comes.

Some of the best things we've built weren't planned.
The friendships.
The support systems.
The people who became family.
The conversations after the event ended.
That's the real magic of community.
Thank you for being part of ours. ๐

At its heart, Gr8ter has never been about events.
It's about people.
People supporting people.
People finding community.
People learning they aren't alone.
Every hike, every event, every volunteer project starts with one simple goal:
Connection.
And we're grateful to every person who has helped build that with us. ๐
Check out this group of volunteers at this years Sock Project Day. That is CONNECTION
