Quick bathroom update!
On a budget? This bathroom needed all the finishes, but it cost less than $1000 in material.
Here's what we did:
Painted the existing vanity gray and added black pulls.
Found a granite remnant for the countertop and installed 2 sinks and 2 black pedestal faucets.
Installed a 12x24 tile accent wall/backsplash.
Hung a mirror (this is a floor length dressing mirror, hung horizontally).
Installed 2 vanity fixtures from Walmart.
Painted the walls a linen white.
Installed about 100 sq ft of laminate plank flooring.
Installed 3.5 mdf trims for doors and baseboard.

Backyard Living! During the time of Covid, many of us have switched to gathering outdoors with friends. The back patio living room is an increasingly important place for us to socialize safely. This family chose to expand the patio cover and pad to provide an outdoor dining area and fire pit for year round gatherings with family and friends! View more photos at:
