There will be food (dinner option or chorizos later), dancing by the Herribatza Dantzariak and Oinkari Basque Dancers, music by Txantxangorriak, auctions, competitions, and more. Join the Boise Basque Community for Pilota Finals and Fundraising this weekend. First, Boise Fronton Association Fall Championships at the Anduiza Fronton beginning at 1pm. It can also be streamed online at https://www.youtube.com//streams.

Then get dressed up and head to the Basque Center for their annual Sheepherder's Ball. It starts at 8pm with a performance at the Oinkari Basque Dancers, followed by a lamb auction to raise funds for a family in need. You can then dance the night away to Hori Bai and Amuma Saya No!

Come down to the Basque Block this Sunday! The Basque Museum & Euzkaldunak have joined forces and events!

Eguberriko Azoka, Basque Winter Market, with more than 15 vendors of gifts, food, jewelry, crafts, and more, and the Boiseko Gasteak & Txantxangorriak Winter Show, sprinkled in with performances by Biotzetik Basque Choir and Patxaranga and an appearance by Olentzero & Mari Domingi! It is sure to be a wonderful day to usher in the holiday season!

If you are looking for some GREAT pilota games, check out all the games playing at the Anduiza Fronton this weekend for the NABO (North American Basque Organization) Pilota Tournament. Teams from Chino, San Francisco, and Saint Pierre et Miquelon (an island near Canada, but part of France) will join Boise players to vie for the title of NABO Txapeldun! These games are all free and open to all, and will be streamed live online!
