"I'm just looking at Detox for Life for the first time and its beautiful. A chef friend of mine had a weird superstition about cook books (of course this is so much more than that) but in her experience she said that if a cook book had really good foodie photography then it was almost always a good cook book. Well I've actually noticed that trend a bit even though you'd think it were a superficial judgement call. Anyway THESE pictures in here are gorgeous and enticing. If the superstition rings true that's just another plus to knock this gem out of the park! I'm really looking forward to finishing up this semester so I can devour this book cover to cover and I grabbed 4 for holiday gifts too."

I've had a few shoots since I last posted anything! I've been taking a moment of silence from social media due to a series of losses in my life. In honor of my thankfulness for friends around me, here is a photo of a freckled friend of mine and her Bean :)
