Once complete, the facility will feature about 900 units across a diverse mix of building types, including two single-story, non-climate-controlled buildings with standing-seam roofs, a drill pier canopy with a screw-down roof, and a two-story, climate-controlled building with a TPO roof.

Designed to meet the growing storage demands in this area of Las Vegas, the project will offer the owners maximum functionality and operational efficiency.

This expansion added four new buildings, delivering 46,285 square feet and more than 470 additional units, helping position the facility for continued growth as it prepares to welcome customers later this summer.

Curb appeal also played a critical role in this project. With only seconds to capture attention from the road, every detail matters. Strategic use of grey and lime green, lighter EIFS, and alternating panels and textures creates visual breaks that stand out, while bold, high-contrast signage helps ensure the facility gets noticed.

Smart design isn't just about aesthetics—it's about driving visibility, attracting tenants, and maximizing long-term value.

With a grand opening anticipated in June or July, we're excited to see this project come to life and begin serving the Twin Falls community.

Forging ahead in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where we are currently constructing a 5-building, 71,390-square-foot development that will deliver 399 units of flex space (contractor units), self storage, and storage condos to one of the most unique markets in the country.

This project has presented its share of challenges, including building through a Wyoming winter, coordinating below-grade retaining wall construction, and navigating the logistics of a busy ski resort community. Through strategic value engineering, the Forge team redesigned the project and eliminated more than $500,000 in excess steel while maintaining the project's performance and integrity.

Now, our framing crews are moving full speed ahead, working in sync with the concrete teams as each zone is completed to keep the schedule on track.
