Brandon Woolf for State Controller
It is my honor to serve as the State Controller for the great State of Idaho.
I’m running for State Controller because it’s critical that your Controller be committed to following the precise letter of the law, have experience managing complex financial systems, demonstrate a steadfast commitment to customer service and government transparency, and have proven experience managing a professional accounting, payroll and IT workforce. I ask for your vote in the Republican prim

Saturday evening, Janalee and I were among the strong freedom-loving Republicans of Payette County for their Lincoln Day celebration! 🇺🇸
Payette County Republicans represent a commitment to community, agricultural, natural resources, and fiscal responsibility - all values that keep Idaho strong.
A big thank you to Rep. Judy Boyle, Rep. John Shirts, and Sen. Brandon Shippy for their leadership and hard work (sorry we missed you in our photo, Sen. Shippy)!

Mini-Cassia (Minidoka and Cassia Counties) showed up in a big way for this year’s Lincoln Day, and what a night it was. A record-breaking crowd filled the room, proving once again that strong communities and shared values are alive and well in southern Idaho.
Janalee and I enjoyed the evening with two of our favorite Oakley couples, Lt Governor Scott and Sarah Bedke and Superintendent of Public Instruction Debbie and Dave Critchfield.

It was an honor to join so many dedicated Republicans in Bannock County for this year’s Lincoln Day event. This marked my 434th Lincoln Day Celebration!
Being surrounded by hardworking Idahoans who believe in limited government, fiscal responsibility, and protecting our way of life is a powerful reminder of what makes Idaho so special.
Thank you to everyone who showed up. We’re going to keep working to preserve the values that make our state strong.

I had a delightful evening in Rexburg over the weekend for the Multi-County Lincoln Banquet. It was great to talk with Madison County Central Committee Chair Paul Dye and his wife Virginia, and the close-knit community members from across the region, including Madison, Jefferson, Clark, Lemhi, Fremont, and Teton Counties, about the positive future for our state.
Thank you to Madison School District Superintendent Randy Lords and his wife, Christy, for hosting Lincoln Day at Madison High School. And a big shoutout to the BYU-Idaho men's choir for a phenomenal performance.

I am honored to lead the efforts to recognize Idaho Sunshine Week, a week to commemorate the critical role of earning Idahoans' trust through honesty and transparency.
Openness should define how we operate every day, and that is why I am proud to have spearheaded the effort to bring tools like Townhall Idaho and Transparent Idaho, one-stop-shops for finding open meetings, public records, and financial data.
I believe civic engagement begins when information is within reach, and that is what I will continue to strive for as your Idaho State Controller.

Dust storms? Closed interstates? No problem! We made it to the Bonneville and Bingham County Lincoln Day event. We had a fantastic time connecting with so many friends and neighbors. Thanks to everyone who made it such a great day!
While I was out in East Idaho, I’m so grateful to have my trusted team holding down the fort at the Canyon County Lincoln Day. They’re out there sharing our message and connecting with folks to help ensure our campaign’s voice is heard all across the state!

Loved talking land, resources, and Idaho’s future with the students at Midvale High! Big thanks to Rep. Judy Boyle for making this inspiring visit happen. District 9 is in good hands!

It was an honor to speak with the Idaho Federation of Republican Women today. These ladies are true grassroots leaders in communities across our state, and their dedication helps keep Idaho strong by ensuring citizens stay informed, engaged, and involved.
I am proud of my wife, Janalee’s leadership, as a former IFRW president. She is a great example of the lasting impact these women have through their commitment to civic engagement and community involvement. IFRW has certainly help strengthen Idaho.

Our third Lincoln Day stop brought Janalee and me home to where we grew up in Preston, the heart of Franklin County. We took a moment to enjoy the stunning view from the top of the canyon between Franklin and Bear Lake, a reminder of why this area is so close to our hearts.
Even more exciting, we want to send a big shoutout to the Preston High School boys basketball team, #2 seed. Good luck today as you take on #7 Bonneville in the 2026 Idaho 5A State Tournament. The Woolf Pack is cheering for you! 🏀🇺🇸
Visiting home and seeing our community come together never gets old, Franklin County, thank you for the warm welcome!

Our second Lincoln Day stop (my 430th) over the weekend took us straight to beautiful Bear Lake County!
We had the chance to visit the Oregon Trail Center and enjoy lunch sitting in covered wagons, a fun reminder of my ancestors and others who had the grit and determination it took to settle this part of the Gem State.
Places like Bear Lake County carry so much history, and it’s always meaningful to reflect on the pioneer spirit that still defines our communities today.
Grateful for the warm welcome and the opportunity to spend time with so many great folks. 🇺🇸

Great to be in Caribou County for one of three Lincoln Day stops this past weekend - this makes my 429th Lincoln Day!
It’s always an honor to spend time with the people who keep our communities strong. I especially want to recognize Jill Stoor, the Caribou County Clerk. She plays a key role in providing the county data that powers Transparent Idaho, helping ensure accountability and open government for every Idahoan. That partnership at the local level is what makes transparency possible.
We also had the chance to visit with Caribou County Sheriff’s Deputy Russell Roper who grew up just down the road in Preston. Talking with Deputy Roper is a great reminder that in rural Idaho, service often means protecting the very communities that raised you.
And of course, no stop in the area is complete without appreciating the beauty of Geyser Park in Soda Springs.
Thank you, Caribou County, for the warm welcome and for all you do to keep Idaho strong. 🇺🇸

I have officially filed to run for re-election as your Idaho State Controller.
Serving the people of Idaho continues to be one of the greatest honors of my life. As your State Controller, we have strengthened transparency, modernized financial systems, and worked to make state government more efficient and accountable — because you deserve to know where every hard-earned tax dollar is spent.
I’m proud of the work my office has done to safeguard Idaho’s financial future, but there is still more to accomplish. I am ready to continue fighting for fiscal responsibility and open government to help Idaho families stay safe and thrive.
I humbly ask for your continued support this election year. Together, let’s keep Idaho a leader in integrity and smart financial stewardship.
