Week 1 long run DONE! This is SO exciting! 😍
The greenbelt is my number one FAVORITE place to run, there is SO much nature and beauty in the heart of Boise and I love it every single time. I also love being able to sing Disney channel movie songs really loud first thing in the morning 🤣

3 miles easy with my most favorite person in the world 😍 he might not have been too happy with me running in the hottest part of the day 🤣 but that’s a trainers life- you squeeze it in when you can!
Now that summer break is here I can finally breathe! Figuratively and literally 🤣 this week I have OFFICIALLY started the longest race I will have ever trained for- a full marathon!
It’s scary as heck but that is why I am giving my body PLENTY of time to adapt, progress, get strong and finish that race injury free! This was day 1 on Monday! The best part is I get to share my journey with my family ❤️
Happy Mothers Day so every mom, sister, aunt, niece, and kick butt ladies all over!

LAST spring Bootcamp class before our summer hiatus! I LOVE working with these awesome women and watch them grow into their own best selves 😍 it’ll be bitter sweet as we take our hiatus but we’ll be PUMPED for September! 💪🏻
