Our friends at the Idaho Diaper Bank has just received a massive donation and we need your help to get it unloaded and organized.

Thursday

6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Idaho Diaper Bank Warehouse

We are looking for approximately 40 volunteers to help move and sort boxes by size in the warehouse. You can come for an hour or stay longer. The more hands we have, the faster it will go and the more time we will have to connect and enjoy food together.

Biz Depot is providing pizza for all volunteers as a thank you for showing up and pitching in.

This is a great opportunity to make a real impact for Idaho families while spending time with an incredible group of people. If you can help or know someone who can, please join us and share this post to help spread the word.

Job Description
We are currently looking for a part time/full-time front counter customer service representative with strong administrative skills for our busy sign shop. The position offers competitive pay, paid time off, and profit sharing, depending on employment status, not to mention it's a fun place to work where you can see your efforts in the delight that comes from our customers receiving beautiful products.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that everyone that walks through the door, calls on the phone or emails in has a wonderful experience. You will provide product information, explain service offerings, maintain customer records, invoice and collect payments, and maintain the showroom by keeping all the shelves stocked and the place looking tidy and sparkling clean. If you are a real go-getter there's plenty of room for growth.

We are looking for a team player with a can-do attitude. If you consider yourself a creative problem solver, detailed and organized and enjoy providing over-the-top customer service, we think you'd be great for this job. With that in mind, the following experience is necessary for your success.

If you have:

A positive attitude
Ability to multitask without frustration
Great verbal and communication skills
An everyday neat, clean, professional appearance
Warm and friendly phone skills
Experience kindly handling unhappy customers
At least 2 years customer service, front desk, reception, administration, or retail sales experience

Or even better for us both:

Previous experience in the real estate industry
Layout or design experience in Corel Draw
Consider yourself tech savvy
Take ownership and get things done
