Tell the Idaho Senate to OPPOSE H 138!
We need your voice! House Bill 138 threatens healthcare access for thousands of Idahoans by imposing a 36 month lifetime limit and capping enrollment at 50,000 individuals—a dangerous restriction in one of the fastest-growing states in the country.
This bill could lead to massive coverage losses, economic harm, and increased healthcare costs for families while creating costly administrative burdens for the state. We must act now to oppose H 138 and protect Medicaid access for Idaho’s most vulnerable populations.
