Finally, a project I got to tackle at my own house! Sure, it’s been 18+ months, and I still haven’t finished the baseboards or painting—but hey, that’s life! It’s just a laundry room, but that doesn’t mean you can’t focus on the details. The finishes picked out make me smile at least twice a day! Big thanks to for the flawless floor and backsplash install—I know those hex tiles were a pain!

Woodwright Custom Builders had a temporary gap in their schedule, allowing them to take on a project outside their usual scope. The clients were in urgent need of a garage reconstruction after an accident involving a neighbor’s vehicle. WCB successfully completed the rebuild and restored their property to its original condition. The clients were extremely grateful for our timely assistance and have since expressed interest in having us design and build their next home.

In the course of renovating this historic home, a compact half bath was incorporated. While demolishing the area, it became evident that the space was initially a sunroom or porch, built on a sturdy concrete foundation. Consequently, a substantial section of the concrete had to be removed to accommodate the installation of a sewer line. Additionally, we prepared a mixture of self-leveling material to ensure the highest level of perfection possible. The clients expressed immense satisfaction with the final outcome and the practicality of their newly acquired area!

This is another perspective I wanted to share regarding the renovation we did on our century-old home. While it may appear to be a straightforward renovation, the amount of effort and work put into this project was substantial. We completely stripped the house, focusing on the structure by leveling the floor stringers and installing a new beam to expand the kitchen. Furthermore, we made enhancements by incorporating new lighting fixtures, appliances, and drywall.

This 100-year-old home got the new modern kitchen it deserves! We think it turned out well. What are your thoughts?
