We’re excited to welcome Ambra to the Create Spaces team!
Ambra is joining us as a Workspace Consultant in our Reno office, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience across design, sales enablement, sales coaching, and hands-on sales. She’s supported teams in healthcare, pharma, real estate, and consulting—and shares our belief that the best spaces (and processes) are the ones that truly work for the people using them.
Before stepping into this role, Ambra coached athletes and worked with the U.S. Olympic Committee in snowboarding development—an experience that shaped her flexible, people-first approach and her ability to motivate, problem-solve, and lead with curiosity and confidence.
When she’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find Ambra outdoors hiking, biking, or snowboarding, usually with her Aussiedoodle, Luna. She’s also a proud mom of two college-age kids who keep life busy, fun, and grounded.

We’re excited to share a recent installation our Audiovisual team completed for the brand-new Valley of Fire Visitor Center—a space dedicated to helping visitors better understand the history, culture, and ecology of one of Nevada’s most iconic landscapes.
The new theater creates an immersive environment where guests can enjoy an educational film about the Valley of Fire ecosystem, while State Parks staff now have a professional setting for presentations, trainings, and community engagement.
To bring this vision to life, our team delivered a high-performance AV solution designed for clarity, reliability, and impact:
- 226" large-format projection screen for a cinematic viewing experience
- 16,500-lumen 4K laser projector for ultra-bright, ultra-crisp visuals
- Integrated audio system engineered for balanced mids, clean highs, and full low-end depth

We loved partnering with Valor Health on their new Emmett clinic — and we’re excited to finally share how beautiful their spaces turned out!
From pediatric waiting areas to family exam rooms to ergonomic workstations for clinicians, every detail was designed to support comfort, efficiency, and community-centered care. Valor Health had a clear vision, and bringing it to life alongside their team was an absolute pleasure.
The result? Warm, welcoming, Idaho-inspired spaces that feel good for patients and work hard for staff.

Spooky season started early in Vegas! 👻
With Nevada Day tomorrow, our Las Vegas team kicked off the Halloween festivities a day early — complete with pizza, wings, cupcakes, and of course… plenty of candy! 🍕🍬
Dracula and Wednesday even made an appearance, and our pumpkin decorating contest brought out everyone’s creative side. 🕸️

Had the pleasure of hosting a wonderful group of friends from Idaho State University at the Steelcase Headquarters in Grand Rapids! It was such a joy spending time together, exploring inspiring workspaces, and sharing great conversations about the future of learning and collaboration. Grateful for the connection and the energy this group brought—can’t wait to see what’s next!
