You won’t regret trying these muffins. They are SO good! 🤤

I love that the muffin mix contains only clean ingredients, so you’re already crushing your muffin game there. Then you add some extra protein (and a little extra banana punch), and you’re off to the races.

The added dark chocolate chips were a little special treat for me. 🫣

I’m all about balance with food. However, I love making a clean swap wherever I can and these muffins do not disappoint.

As someone who struggles with negative thinking, I find this statement so powerful (and true). When my thoughts are s**t, I notice parts of my life are s**t. ⁣

I believe with every ounce of my being that our thoughts create our reality, and just like we can choose to hold onto a negative belief, we can choose a positive belief. ⁣
