Im an extroverted introvert
Which means I’ve learned to be able to extrovert, but it is extremely draining and I know I need decompression time. I also gain energy from others energy as a highly sensitive person, so if the social gathering is just right I pull energy as I’m also being drained and it helps to balance out. If it is not right then my inner dialogue is very much like this ⬇️

Yup- gentle is going to be absorbed into their system and held kindly to be used with themselves and others. Gentleness fills their cup and helps to not drain yours.
YES please 🙏🏻 understand that a developing brain 🧠 responds and acts and reacts differently than a fully developed one. This means even with foods and environmental stressors.
