Exciting news — Roundhouse has added Silverbrook Apartments to our portfolio!

Located in stunning Flathead Valley, Silverbrook is our 12th investment in Montana, where we now manage nearly 3,000 homes. With nearly 10,000 total units under management, we’re honored to continue putting humanity into housing across the communities we serve.

Roundhouse is excited to announce the addition of Rafter Apartments to our portfolio! This 283-unit high-rise represents our first step into the vibrant Minneapolis market, where we’re proud to bring our mission of putting humanity into housing.

Special shoutout as well to Sandy Thrash, Senior Regional Manager, who served as President of the IAA Board for the past two years. Her passion for the industry inspires us everyday!

We’re thrilled to celebrate an incredible 2024 at Roundhouse! Last year, we added 19 communities to our management portfolio, totaling 3,119 additional units. From Idaho to Colorado and beyond, we’ve expanded our mission to put humanity into housing.

This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work, dedication, and teamwork of our amazing team. Thank you to everyone who helped onboard and manage these new communities—you’ve made 2024 a year to remember!

This year, Roundhouse was thrilled to partner with Boise Bicycle Project to help bring over 600 "dream bikes" to kids who might not otherwise have access to one.

Over the past few months, our team stepped up in incredible ways:
Hosted a donation drive and collected 200 bikes.
Helped "dreamify" bikes, making them special for each child.
Volunteered at the annual Holiday Kids Bike Giveaway to deliver the magic.

Congratulations to Percy, our restaurant tenant at Hearth on Broad, for being named one of Yelp’s Best New Restaurants of 2024. In recent years the Boise dining scene has taken a huge step forward, led by the Wylder Hospitality Group. Thoughtful space design, creative dishes, and top-tier service have placed Percy (and Boise) on the map alongside eateries in New York City, Los Angeles, and Chicago.

With 5 restaurants in Boise and another on the way, we know this is just the beginning of what the Wylder group will accomplish.

Happy Thanksgiving from Roundhouse! This season, we’ve reflected on our mission of putting humanity into housing by giving back in meaningful ways—raking leaves during Rake Up Boise, organizing a bike drive with Boise Bicycle Project, collecting donations for nonprofit holiday drives, preparing meals with the Boise State Accounting program, and much more.

Another successful Roundhouse Orientation Experience in the books! Each quarter, we bring all of our new team members to Boise to immerse them in the Roundhouse culture. They spend two days connecting with leadership, exploring some of our communities, and gaining deeper insight into Roundhouse's core values and mission to put humanity into housing.

Meet Haymaker: a thoughtfully designed, 95-unit midrise in Bozeman, Montana offering residents a blend of style, comfort, and convenience in the heart of this beautiful community. Developed by Roundhouse and designed by local talents Intrinsik Architecture and Furn Design Studio, Haymaker seamlessly integrates with the neighborhood, adding high-quality housing that enhances the character of Bozeman. The project was completed in 2023.

Last month, Roundhouse hosted a Grand Opening event for Crosshatch Apartments, a new community in Garden City that we are proud to manage. The event included a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Garden City Chamber of Commerce and welcomed residents, industry peers, and community members to join in the celebration.

Crosshatch offers 143 thoughtfully designed units and a range of premium amenities, including a courtyard with foothill views, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a vibrant community clubhouse. We are excited to manage this community, creating a space where residents can connect and feel at home.
