I’ve been eating raw jalapeños lately, love them on so much, but there’s just hardly any heat.
Might have to step up to Serranos!

There’s a few things I love about this photo.

✅ I was roping that day.

✅ the rad turquoise blue nail polish.

✅ there was a slight crisp breeze on a beautiful spring day as evidenced by my roping pony’s flow-y mane

✅ I don’t think I had a care in the world sitting in that seat.

I love this range 😍

Stormy, chilly Spring days are pure perfection. I snuck outside to catch a picture of Coop-a-loop as he was laying on the ground napping, but by the time I made it outside seconds later, he was already up and ready to get back to grazing.

Such a quiet Saturday 🥰

Good morning from my range 🌅. Amazing rain and storms last night made for an incredible sunrise. Apple blossoms and lilacs in my view ahead.

Have a great start to your weekend! Eat something good today!

I. Love. This. Stuff. Rhubarb season, you are coming in hot and I can not wait to enjoy this cheeky sour, made sublimely sweet and delicious treat by way of adding just two simple things, heat and sugar.

Rhubarb this. Rhubarb that.

Rhubarb with strawberries or rhubarb on its own, it’s just such a delicious taste of Spring.

I know I’m not the only one who loves this ruby red leggy beauty that’s mostly eaten as dessert; even though botanically it’s a veggie!

Tis the season! Rhubarb, I’m coming for you. 😘
