One of the projects I do frequently is community branding. I create the logo, vectorized floorplans and site maps from CAD files, create brochures, design onsite and offsite signage, and work ongoing to market the properties. This project is an upcoming community located in Reno, Nevada.

This high-end booklet brochure is a marketing tool for a community in Genoa, Nevada. It is a piece used to sell a prospective buyer on the community, regional area, lifestyle, and local culture.

📖 Publication design is my favorite and why I went into graphic design! This relocation guide for Genoa, Nevada is a tool I created for a local new home builder. I managed the process from start to finish, from gathering the information to selecting the paper and sending it to print.
