SGM Thiede passed away early Sunday afternoon. Appeared to be heart attack. They got him to hospital and had revived him but then lost him. He will be cremated and buried in Boise National Cemetery. No details on that service yet.

For anyone who may not have heard, Sergeant Major Tim Theide has recently passed away. Do not have any specifics at this time. Funeral announcement and arrangements are pending.

This is Mandi class off 2000. I wanted to let the alumni know that we lost one of our class mates. Please keep his family and his brother in your thoughts. Aaron was always all in and an amazing person. He served his country for many years.I am so sad to hear this.

The Borah HS JROTC is conducting a fundraiser! We trying to update the unit crest (last one was 1977), purchase JROTC spirit wear, expand our storage space, and start attending drill competitions again! Help us reach our goal!

FULL VIDEO: Boise Veterans Day Parade honoring those who served The parade took place a week before Veterans Day because November 4 is a drill weekend at Gowen Field, allowing guard and reserve units based there to have a larger presence in the parade.
