It's been a while ago that I originated this page. I started it to promote essential oils. I have realized that there are "essential" thought patterns, "essential" actions and behaviors, and "essential" practices that can enhance our lives. Yes, I will be presenting the augmentation of using essential oils in some of my posts. We are at a time of our combined evolvement when it is essential to shift our thoughts, actions, indeed, our entire lives to higher vibration.

Tuesday, February 2
7:00 pm
Co-mentoring presentation: Learn an easy method to create a supportive small team to solidify your goals, be empowered, motivated, and create clarity. Class is available to individuals, or small groups. If you have anyone you want to join with to set this up for your personal team, please come to learn together and for better mutual support. We are working on setting this up on group chat, depending how many are interested in that option. Great for those out of our area.
$10 per person

Wednesday, February 3
12:00 noon to 2:00 pm; or, 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Week 1: Beginning sewing class. You can learn the basics, and create a project of your choice. Quilting, or basic clothing will be covered in 8 hours of group instruction. Different stitching and seam techniques, simple serging techniques, as well as shortcuts, and tips Nancy has learned over the 40+ years of professional tailoring, sewing, and designing. Be committed to attend for a four week period. This class will be repeated each month. You will also receive 2 hours of personal one on one time for your individual questions and project.
$100 for a series of 4+ classes

Tuesday, February 9

10:00 am to 12:00 noon
Cooking with essential oils. How to enhance the flavor of some of your favorite dishes even if you don't have the spices, or herbs in the pantry. And, since essential oils last for so, so long, you will most likely not have to discard your precious treasures (oils) like you do with herbs and spices. Learn which oils are good for internal use, and have some fun with some delicious recipes.
$5 for lunch and take home recipes/samples.

Youngevity, taught by Dolly Grover. There are many choices for your nutritional supplementation. This informal chat will focus on the work of Dr. Joel Wallach. Bring your questions and concerns. Learn what the basic foundation is that prepares your body for the space where disease can make a home; and how you can fend off that activity. We believe that the body is so magnificent that the brain has the innate intelligence already present to repair and heal itself. Come learn how to support your body, by giving it the tools it needs to create wellness.

Salves taught by LuJean Long. You will learn how to make some soothing salves with added essential oils in this class and will take home a beautiful treasure in a jar.

Inner healing with Emotion Code/Body Code taught by Dolly Grover. If this is new information for you and you haven't read the book; - - when bad things happen in your life, the body holds onto the emotions surrounding those experiences. Those emotions can be set free without having to go through further crippling emotional trauma. Come and learn how this can be done in a simple painless process. Are you wondering why you keep doing those self-defeating behaviors? Wouldn't it be great to let all that old stuff go?

Advanced sewing. Clothing design, fitting techniques. Learn how to make your own patterns. Copy your favorite piece of clothing. Follow-up with a sewing lab on the following day. Bring your questions and clothing items that you want to learn how to alter/fix. Specializing in tailoring/costuming/new or old construction.
$100 for two 4 hour sessions.

Saturday, February 20
10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Sewing Lab. Bring your own lunch, or snacks to share, and your good humor. Hang out and work on your own sewing or craft project.

Evening time to be announced
Neuro-integration, neuro-astrology explanation and presentation. This is not like anything you have learned or heard of before. Time to retrain your brain/nervous system.

As I sit and contemplate achieving a long sought after goal, I am reeling with so many thoughts and awakenings. With the reaching of a milestone I am reminded of a sign I saw on a local church, "You must be born again". While I know in my mind they are speaking of a religious experience, I am also considering the concept of being 'born again'. I feel a sense of being born again every morning when I wake up. There is a feeling of becoming new again as I wipe the darkness of sleep and night away from my awareness. Sometimes the darkness in the night makes the rebirth of the morning even brighter than the memory of the daylight from the glowing previous day. And, even when having achieved a major milestone or goal, there is an overwhelming panic that creeps in of, "What's next?" I think we have put so much all encompassing focus into the achievement, that everything else in our vision was momentarily blocked out in order to allow our brain, energy, and heart, to reach the goal. And, then the finish line is reached. A sighing relief of ....Awwwwee. Then drawing of a long new breath for what lies ahead. And, celebration! And, another new goal to be set. Bring it on!
