First, we want to send a heartfelt THANK YOU to Justin, our incredible General Manager for the past three years. Justin’s positive energy and daily enthusiasm have been the heartbeat of TheGym, and while we’ll miss his presence, we’re excited to see him thrive as he pursues his own personal training and consulting business. Wishing you all the best in your next chapter, Justin! 🙌

With that, we’re thrilled to announce that Grace Alford will be stepping into the role of General Manager! 🎉 Grace has been a rockstar team member for over six years, making a huge impact as both a personal trainer and our membership specialist. Her dedication and commitment to our community are unmatched, and we’re so fortunate to have her lead The Gym into this exciting new era.
