It is a few years old so updates would be that the Lu177 that he mentions was approved for after chemotherapy, as he predicted. However, in 2025, it was also approved by FDA for patients before chemotherapy.

This has information about the PSA (prostate specific androgen) blood test as it is used for screening. Some is his opinion, which is shared by many, and some is from a study. Information is good - we just have to be careful how we use it. PSA blood test was discouraged for years and still by some - but that seemed to be based on an over zealous use of treatment, not risks of the test. You decide what's right for you.
