I am very excited to announce that I will be the trial photographer for The Southern Idaho Sighthound Association's Fall A.S.F.A trial this weekend(Nov1-2) out in Emmett, ID!

It should be a great weekend with lots of speedy dogs. See you there!

October 1st is National Black Dog Day!

"Black Dog Syndrome" is the phenomenon in which black dogs are observed to stay longer in shelters and are "less desirable" than dogs of any other color. They're also often seen as scarier than others!

In my opinion, there is nothing more striking than a solid black dog. Light reflects off these coats like no other! 😍

I have been itching to get some disc photos of dogs up in the trees, but we don't have a huge freestyle disc scene in my area, so there's not a lot to work with in terms of vaults and fun stunts.

Ruin said he doesn't need all that; he can do it all from the ground! The hops and air that this little guy could get were very entertaining. Thank you for helping me scratch that itch, Ruin! 😍

This is Pax! He was another one from my trip to the coast. He was totally unbothered by my attempts to pose him, but we managed to capture some incredible shots in the end! ❤️

You may or may not have noticed a couple of little(or maybe not so little 😆) changes to this account. I've been wanting to do a little overhaul for a while now, starting with the new name!

I was never particularly attached to the Dingo Dog name; it was more of a quick idea I came up with to get things started. I wanted it to be a reference to my dog, Quill. He was always called a dingo by the public, so that was a very loose tie to him. Since he is the entire reason I do this and have learned and grown as much as I have, I wanted to further honor him and make it more obvious.

He is now my mascot. ❤️ He is my Red Dog. My muse. My heart and soul. I am very excited for this next chapter in my photography!
