We are currently hiring for Community-Based Rehabilitation Providers/Case Managers at Primary Behavioral Health Services, and we would love the opportunity to connect with you and share more about what we offer at PBHS.

As someone who has been reflecting on my experience with navigating next steps, I recognize how intimidating the transition from the classroom to real-world interviews can feel. One thing I’ve learned is that you can take control of the narrative. Preparation makes all the difference—research the company, anticipate questions or concerns, and take time to understand your own strengths, areas for growth, and skill set.

Most entry-level roles aren’t solely focused on prior experience, but rather on how you’ve prepared yourself to succeed. Your education, mindset, and willingness to learn all play a major role in setting you apart.

Being prepared builds confidence, and confidence leads to opportunity. Stay focused, trust your preparation, and go after your goals—you’re more ready than you think!

Staff meetings don’t always have to be all business.

Sometimes the most impactful moments happen when teams are given space to relax, laugh, and genuinely connect. Creating an environment where people can share stories, reflect on past experiences, and offer advice to one another builds stronger collaboration and trust.

Recently, our team took time to share one piece of advice they wish they had when they first started—or something they’ve learned along the way that’s made a meaningful impact in their journey. The insights were thoughtful, honest, and inspiring.

Primary Behavioral Health Services in Boise is excited to announce that we now have counseling interns available to see clients!
Our interns are master's-level students who are completing the final requirements for their degrees. They are passionate and dedicated to providing quality mental health support.

We are thrilled to announce our second client and staff appreciation BBQ this summer on July 18th from 12 PM to 2 PM. We look forward to seeing everyone next week!
