One of our main focuses is creating a student pipeline. We hire students so they can gain hands-on experience and skills in their job field. The goal is to equip them with the necessary tools to succeed in their post-college careers. Students are put on billable projects with real clients and have opportunities for mentorship.

John Foster came to us in need of prototyping for shoe studs. The product is a screw designed to go into the sole of any running shoe to add traction in icy/winter environments. Max Matthews was head of the project and redesigned the client's initial design to make it skinnier with sharper threads. The final prototype was 3D-printed in metal from China.

John and a former BSU athlete, Megan Lacy, have been having fun testing their various prototypes.
