Curb Crust

This position takes on many roles, where you may end up doing a little bit of everything within our operation. Due to the variability in the job, we are looking for candidates who are adaptable, creative, and energetic. Most of your shifts will take place during our expected dinner rush (about 6:00-9:00pm), however, you may be asked to open or work a full day once you are more comfortable. This position is perfect for students or those looking to pick up some extra hours during these difficult times. A flexible schedule is ideal, though we may be able to work around any prior commitments during certain days.

The belly of the beast. Here's a look at where all the magic happens. Our Californo wood-fired pizza oven maintains a temperature of 800-1000 degrees fahrenheit throughout the day, which is how we get our pizzas out in 90 seconds or less.
