A couple of our regulars came in for a nap in the EES room today so they’d have enough energy to make it through the BSU game tonight. Now that’s a game plan we can get behind! 😴🧡💙

How are you feeling after this week? Could you use a little room to breathe?
Today, a woman came in feeling weighed down by a heavy chest and cough. After spending time relaxing in our salt room, she shared that her lungs felt clearer and she could finally take a deeper breath. She was so grateful that she hugged me and called the experience “a miracle.” Moments like this are why we love what we do.
If your body is asking for rest and care, come spend some time with us tomorrow. We’re open Friday from 12–6pm and would love to help you ease into the weekend feeling relaxed and refreshed.
