Although he lives in the Netherlands, Jan is our Sales Manager for our office in Boise, ID. With 30 years of experience in Food Processing Sales and knowing multiple languages, Jan focuses on growth and sharing knowledge with businesses across the world.

We are LIVE at the Potato Expo in Aurora, Colorado. Come visit us at booth 1310, Emily and Evan are here to answer your questions and tell you how PEF can benefit your potato products!

Brian is our General Manager for both of our offices in the USA and in the UK. Brian has a background in Chemistry and Food product development and implementation. He enjoys finding solutions to existing challenges and identifying opportunities to leverage new and existing technologies to make meaningful and noticeable changes to customer and consumer products.

Trason is a part of our logistics team for our Boise, ID office. His role handles all shipping and receiving, maintaining the warehouse organization and inventory.
