August brought some interesting movement in the Ada County housing market! 🏡
The median sales price reached $595,000, up 6.9% from last year, while 955 homes sold...a 14.8% increase year-over-year.
At the same time, inventory dropped 10.6%, and homes spent a median of 37 days on the market.
