Today - Friday, the November 11th - Western Collective is hosting a Basque Food Pop-Up.

Starting at 5:30 PM (until sold out) we will be in Garden City showcasing our Roasted Lamb Sandwich, Traditional Chorizo Bocadillo, Spicy Txistorra with Pimientos, and debuting our very first amazing Bratwurst crafted by our talented Chef Kyle Harbacheck.

Ansots is on a well deserved Fall Break starting today, September 14th, thru September 17th.

While construction is occurring on the patio of Ansots for the next three days, we are still open!!

You can enter the Pioneer Building to get to us by the doors on 6th street.
