Adrienne opened up about her journey from the restaurant industry to banking, her decade-long commitment to Idaho's ALICE population (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed), and why she believes local businesses hold the real key to lifting their communities. She shares her own story of living through welfare offices, food insecurity, and the quiet degradation of poverty and how that became the fuel behind her tireless advocacy. Adrienne's message isn't about handouts. It's about giving people back their dignity.

Steph shared with Adrienne what it was like growing up in Hawai'i with a family that was turned away from food stamps despite being stretched thin and learning that she is a direct descendant of King Kamehameha, now watching her own cousins get priced off the islands they have called home for generations.
