The gents over at sure did hit a home run with this 11.5” AR pistol affectionately called the Cheap Bastard. Since acquiring this build, I’ve put approximately 2,100 rounds through it. Zero malfunctions thus far, using Federal XM193 and pmags combined with a SilencerCo Velos LBP556k. I’ve never found XM193 to be particularly accurate. With that said, I’ve printed ~2.5” groups at 100 with bipod and rear support on an Aimpoint T2 w/out magnifier. I’m positive other ammo selections would dramatically improve these results. The firearm has very little recoil when compared to other 11.5’s I own. The low back pressure suppressor combined with the pistol’s gas system makes it incredibly pleasant to shoot. Today was my first day cleaning the AR pistol and I found no unusual wear or anything else out of the ordinary. Well done . You’re an evil genius and the build is phenomenal. This will now be my primary 5.56 training weapon system. #5.56
