Based on the political environment of America, I want to be clear about our company’s mask policy for our Idaho security team. Our officers wear masks primarily for health and safety reasons, not politics.

Working in nightlife and high-contact environments means dealing with intoxicated individuals, and unfortunately, spitting is a common issue. The masks help reduce unnecessary exposure and protect MY TEAM/employees

Additionally, with Idaho’s cold seasonal weather, masks also provide practical protection against harsh conditions during long outdoor shifts.

That said, our policy is reasonable and respectful — officers will lower their masks . WE ARE NOT ICE
