This all level class is all about exploring yoga and movements. With curiosity, we work on:
☑️increasing movement capacity and variety
☑️gaining and maintaining strength, mobility, and balance
☑️finding ways to make poses and movements more accessible
What to expect:
☑️a well-thought-out sequence of breath and body awareness, stretching, mobility exercises, Yoga Asanas, and rest and relaxation
☑️biomechanics tidbits to enhance understanding of how your body moves
☑️having fun exploring and practicing with “non-standard” Yoga props: resistance bands, weights, sliders, therapy balls!

✔️ Viparita Karani or legs up the wall pose is my favorite way to decompress (hips, spine, mind) after a long day
✔️ While travelling, I often am unable to find ideal setup and props for my practice and have to find alternatives. In this video, I was using a couch for Viparita Karani as I couldn't find any vacant wall space, and I was so glad it worked wonderfully

✔️ I first learned this breath practice during restorative yoga training with Cyndi Lee and have loved it ever since
✔️ When you breathe and move with intention, at the end of the practice you would most like feel a widening of the front of your chest
