This property has been a short term rental for TWO years and this is 2/3rds of the garbage we took out of the home. These are comforter bags and XL sacks for reference.

Property Managers are meant to be the boots on the ground for the property, ensuring they are in tiptop shape for the next guest. This home had been poorly managed, which was reflected in the reviews and condition of the home.

After a little bit of Your Stay TLC, we now feel comfortable hosting guests at this new and improved short term rental🏡
