Small catering and meal prep service specializing in Soul Food and American comfort food. Currently offering meal prep. Here's how it works:
1.
Menus change rotate and are generally sent/posted on Sundays with the first pickup
available on Tuesday evening and the last pickup on Friday.
2. There is a minimum order of 3 total meals.
3. All orders should be placed at least one day in advance.
4. These meals will be cold at pickup, they need to be heated and served.
5. For now, all meals are priced at $10.

I'm saddened to announce there will be no meal prep menu for the week of May 4th-10th. I've had two dental procedures in the last two weeks and have been in excruciating pain on and off the entire time. I haven't been able to give my best work so I'm going to do what I should've done earlier and take a little time to heal so I can come back my best self.
When I return I'll have your favorite pasta salad on the menu so we can come back right! See you then! ❤️❤️

The menu for next week is sooo good!
I don't know about you but corn season excites me. A good way to know the corn is coming into season is to watch the prices. Let's say you shop at Walmart, once you see 50 cents per ear its worth buying. At 30 cents its really hit the sweet spot, LITERALLY! That time is rapidly approaching!! I love utilizing fresh, in season produce in my menus and at home because its cheaper, more nutrient dense, and just tastes better!!
