Monday as a stylist….
Most days are spent behind the chair, but today I decided to go for a walk . Here lately I have become very intentional about my personal self-care. Going to the gym is fine and it helps me be my best self behind the chair but sometimes going for a walk ,clearing your head and breathing in fresh air is all you may need.
Making sure I take care of my mental so I could be a therapist behind the chair if I need to ✨

A woman was never meant to carry just one role.
She holds life in one arm,
dreams in the other,
responsibilities on her shoulders,
and still finds a way to move through the world with grace.
Looking at this picture reminds me of the quiet strength women carry every single day.
We live in a generation where women are rising …breaking barriers, becoming financially independent, building businesses, leading homes and creating our own paths.
And I am proud of us for that.
But as we step into our power, I pray we never lose the sacred essence that makes us women….and most importantly, never lose ourselves in the process.
Our softness.
Our nurturing spirit.
Our deep intuition.
Our feminine grace.
Because long before the world defined success, God had already given women a divine assignment …..
to nurture life, to hold families together, to guide generations and to carry a spiritual strength that sustains the world.
So as we continue to rise and break barriers, may we remember that our greatest power is not just in what we achieve…
but in the life, love and energy we bring into the world.
Happy Women’s Day to every woman walking in both strength and divine femininity.
