Our pool was bought from Dunrite and installed by Sparkle. $15,000 later it is 8 inches crooked and both companies won’t come to our house and work with us to correct the problem or compensate us. Very disappointed. We sold back $4000 with of wall stone to the cement company because we didn’t want to invest anymore in the pool.

So this is “newer” color Stone Harbor. The pictures don’t do it justice, It’s nothing short of jaw dropping. The color pigments in this paver can match just about any color home or existing masonry. We have a feeling you’ll be seeing a lot more of this color being installed as production catches up to demand! We will be back shortly to our friends here in Hauppague for the installation of a firepit with seating bench as well as the “soft”scape work including planting beds and grading. Dunrite Pools

So my husband and I just came from Dunrite Pools in Bohemia. As we approached the entrance to the store we were happy to see that there was an extremely large sign stating that noone can enter the store without a mask. We entered and were directed towards the salesman,Dave, who was with a couple who were wearing masks, Dave had no mask. My husband informed Dave that he was immuno-compromised with a medical condition and I requested that Dave put on a mask. He went searcning in his desk for a mask and said "I'm not sure if I have one" but finally found one and put it on. He invited us into his small office but we said we preferred to speak in the showroom ( since he had been in his office without a mask).As we were getting information about the pools, he pulled his mask down. I asked him to please put his mask back on. He said "we're 6 feet apart". My husband and I decided to leave. We informed the workers in the front of the store that we were leaving because Dave wouldn't keep his mask on while he was speaking with us and the woman who works there said "He doesn't wear masks". The Dunrite website says that anyone entering the store needs to wear a mask but Dave, the salesman, does not comply. Even when told that a customer has a medical condition.

Dunrite Pools are the greatest. I have been a customer for 20+ years when they were on Sycamore Ave. They have always done rite by me, Always there to help me when I get into trouble. Keith is the best. Tom and all the employees are very help full. I won't go anywhere else. If you want a job done right, then go to Dunrite....
