Certified Nawkaw technicians hand-applied our proprietary mineral stain to these decorative elements, elevating them in rich metallic tones against the pale substrate behind them.

This façade reads with the depth, variation, and character of traditional stonework — on a precast concrete substrate.

The mortar joints, face texture, and dimensional profile were cast directly into the panels using formliner. Certified Nawkaw technicians then applied our proprietary stain to the raw precast surface, building tonal separation between the stone face and mortar plane.

The result: a precast façade with controlled color variation, architectural depth, and long-term mineral-stain performance.
