The purpose and objective of our organization is to perform the following educational and charitable activities, as well as providing both shelter services to equines, and rehabilitation to abused, neglected or abandoned horses: -Promote and educate the public on horse slaughter and equine abuse -Rescue, retrain and rehome slaughter-bound, abused, or neglected horses -Educate the public on proper
Every animal that comes into our rescue has a story. Along with that story comes time needed to heal, both mentally and physically, as well as expenses for basic care and sometimes much more. It is best to complete our Adoption Application and obtain adoption approval prior to setting an appointment to meet one of the animals you are interested in.
We also need fosters! If you have space for a foster animal and want the complete satisfaction of rehabilitating and re-homing animal in need, please let us know! You can also complete our Foster Application and get a head start!
Prior to adoption or foster approval, we require an onsite visit to verify shelter, appropriate fencing, water availability as well as contact with one of the veterinarians you have used for the other animals that you have.
