.shuptrine made us ugly cry with this one. What an amazing artist, human, and CrossFit athlete. Thank you everyone for signing this piece of work. I know it was suppose to be apart of our garage gym. But it’s in our living room and we will see it every day. Thank you all. ❤️❤️

A bittersweet day. This morning was our last class at CrossFit 830. It’s been an amazing year and we’ve built an amazing community, but the demands of owning and running a gym got to be too much for our family. We appreciate everyone who chose CrossFit 830 as your fitness home and trusted us to be your coaches. Your energy and effort made our decision more difficult every day. It’s been a privilege to watch and be part of all your accomplishments. We have a lifetime of memories to hold and will hold them dearly in our future adventures. This isn’t good bye. We’ll see you later

And that’s a wrap! We just finished an 8 week back squat strength cycle and look at all of those PRs. So proud of y’all for showing up each Thursday and putting in the work. Look at those accomplishments. Y’all are amazing! 🤩

Murph 2024 - DONE ✅ Named after Navy Seal LT Mike "Murph" Murphy, this workout performed annually by thousands of Americans to honor fallen soldiers. Workout consists of 1 mile run -> 100 pull ups -> 200 push ups -> 300 squats -> 1 mile run while wearing a vest. But of courrrseeee you can modify and scale! We did a teams of 4 and broke it up between us, but everyone did the miles.
