Dominion Ranch Plate Short Ribs. These were deboned and then sliced thin against the grain into boneless flanken ribs destined for Korean short rib recipes.

Check out the marbling of our beef. All our beef comes from show cattle we raise. These are beyond prime.

We are up to 12 lambs now. This little ram lamb is our newest and so cute!
