📍Table top plank. One of the many plank variations to help strengthen your stabilizer muscle in your core/mid section area. Not only is core your center of gravity, but every single movement that we perform throughout our day always starts at the core. So it is imperative to work/strengthen your core for a better posture and a stronger you over all. My crew always killing any kind of plank that comes their way! 💪🏽

📍One of the best exercises that targets your Soleus muscle. Many people ignore this particular muscle because they think that training your calves(Gastrocnemius) muscle is enough. Wrong!!! 🚫❌
The Soleus muscles are vital in walking, running, and maintaining your balance. Especially the older you get. Make sure to hit 3-5 sets working through a full range of motion on your leg day 🦵🏻
