The old valve, buried in the wall needed replacing as it would not completely shut the water off. The previous style valve, known as a “gate valve” looses its seal over time. We had to dig it out and replaced it with a “ball valve” allowing for far easier and faster operation.

Another successful water heater replacement. This old one, nut just rusty but was leaking, lasted 18 years which is well over the 10-12 average life span here in south Florida. With a type of water filtration system or Replacing the dip tube and anode rod should give you double that at least.

Some one tried to replace this spigot and twisted the pipe with a wrench causing a leak. In order to get viable pipe to make the replacement we needed to cut a hole. Enjoy this short clip.
