June 10 layette meeting-welcome to everyone that was there and a special warm welcome to the women attending for the first time. We received a large number of hand made hats and blankets and every layette was blessed to have a beautiful. handmade item.

Our CCS Boca Raton Service Scholarship award was presented to Valentina Franco, an 8th grader at St. Jude Catholic School by our President, Chris Wyns. Valentina, who will be attending St. John Paul II Academy in the Fall. has been a dedicated volunteer in her school and in the community, and plans to continue her philanthropic endeavors throughout high school.

CCSBR 2026 Service Scholarship awarded tonight at the St John Paul II Academy awards night. Our winner, Samantha Taylor, has a strong record of community service and instrumental in the schools recent diaper drive for CCSBR.

Layette Meeting tomorrow-same place and time as usual. BRING SCISSORS-we're doing some prep work, and then making 60 layettes. Please RSVP as lunch will be served.

Easter Basket day! Our group spent the day putting together baskets for children who attend a local soup kitchen. This is an annual event for us and makes for a happy morning of assembly knowing that we are contributing to the joy of the Easter season.

Donated: Beautiful, handmade sweater/hat sets just received for our Layettes. Enormous thank you to Julieta Smith and her mother, Purificacao Cristal, for these absolutely darling additions for the newborns we serve.
