🗣️ It is fascinating how small things can help you to calm yourself down by fully concentrating yourself on “small” things
🗣️ I love to spend time at the range, work on single steps of performance and speed
🗣️ I guess that is one of my personal “therapies” to calm down my mind and my soul

🎤 WATER 🗣️ A adult is made 65% out of water 🗣️ From the time we born (80% water) till we die (40% water) we are losing around 50% of our liquid! 🗣️ Our brain is approximately 75% 🗣️ The decision I made to improve my emotional, physical and mental well been is: spending more effective time around and with water! 🗣️ Drink every day around 3l (water not coffee or soda) > min 1l of it electrolyte drink! 🗣️ 3x a week to spend time in the ocean! Feel the waves, tast the salt, enjoy/ feel the 71% of the element our plant made of and what have is life > WATER! 🗣️ Our mental condition does have the biggest effect on our further physical development and success in general! 🗣️ Let's start feeling and enjoying the most important element of our Mother Nature more effective. 🗣️ Kisses & Hugs

Tolo is a 2-year-old Belgian Malinois trained in narcotics detection, tracking and officer protection. He is strong-willed, full of energy and loves his job. Tolo is assigned to WinStar Precinct, where he serves with his partner, patrol officer Tucker Halstead. Welcome to the team, Tolo!
