Today, January 19, 2026, we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy by turning his dream into action through nationwide community service. His message of justice remains our guiding light as we work toward a more unified and equitable future. In this “day on, not a day off,” we recommit to the character and courage he exemplified for all generations.

Graduating from the Leadership Academy was profoundly validating, confirming my capability to navigate group challenges and move us toward success. The journey required resilience, especially with the presentation of our project, but we collectively presented significant changes that led to impact. Our progress was truly amplified by our phenomenal mentors especially, Eric Sain, whose expertise, leadership, and unwavering guidance gave us the wings we needed to move it all forward.

Reflecting on this achievement, I am filled with immense pride and happiness. Witnessing the team unite, overcome obstacles, and thrive has been the most rewarding part. I leave the program with new connections, honed skills, and a massive smile, incredibly proud of what we accomplished together under all our mentors brilliant leadership making us the BEST CLASS EVA!

2025 Leadership Academy (Best Class EVA!!) worked with affiliates and co-realtors to clean up John Prince Park near Lake Osborne. Together cleaned up 300 pounds worth of garbage! These waterways feed into each other and a lot of the garbage ends up in the ocean. Giving back to the community in this impactful way was very rewarding. 🤩 ®
