Shazia Mukaddam M.D, FACP is a dedicated and experienced primary care Physician, with 0ver 16 years’ experience in providing comprehensive healthcare services, Dr Mukaddam earned her medical degree from Punjab medical college as a valedictorian ,. After completing her residency, she was appointed as a Faculty at capital Health system Internal Medicine residency training Program. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Hospital Medicine. She has a special interest in the areas of prevention and chronic disease management. Dr. Mukaddam is omitted to building long -term, personalized relationship with her patients. She has a special focus on preventive care through appropriate age screenings and lifestyle advice to help patient maintain optimal health. She is known for her compassionate approach and dedication to patient centered care. As an academician she has earned numerous awards. Dr. Mukaddam is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Arabic which helps her connect with patients from diverse backgrounds

In addition to her clinical practice, she is actively involved in Community services. She volunteers at Lotus House which is a women’s shelter In Miami providing medical care to uninsured women.
