Saint Jude Catholic School - PreK-8

115 educators from 19 schools in three different counties (6 faculty members of our own) participated in the 3-day Connected Classroom’s “Prescription for Progress” by first DIAGNOSING the school’s greatest area of need and strengthening their collective teacher efficacy to produce a PRESCRIPTION to take our students to the next level! A lot of collaborative work was completed and in true Saint Jude style, our teachers’ LIGHTS were shining! We look forward to seeing the fruits of their labor next year. All of this so we continue to grow in all areas. We ♥️ our SAINTS!

As another school year comes to a close, we gathered as a staff to celebrate all that has been accomplished together. Through every challenge, every success, and every moment in between, we have remained united in our mission to serve our students and families with faith, dedication, and love.

This year was filled with opportunities to grow, support one another, and strengthen the friendships that make our community so special. We are grateful for the teamwork, encouragement, and commitment that each person brings to our school every day.

We took time to acknowledge member of our staff who have remained from 5 to 35 years! What a celebration. We paused to thank Mr. Flor for his time here with us at Saint Jude and to wish him continued success as he moves on to his new position as Principal of Saint Vincent Catholic school. Mr. Flor will be missed but it is good knowing he is near by! Once a SAINT, always a SAINT. ♥️

As we look ahead, we do so with hope—hope for the future, hope for our students, and hope for all that God has in store for our community. Mission accomplished for another year, and what a blessing it has been to walk this journey together.

Blessed by our Saint Jude Mom’s Club this morning with so many delicious treats. Always a great day when we have the time to gather together. The ladies from the Moms Club have been so generous toward us. Their recent gift of $5,000.00 has allowed us to move forward with some much needed projects. Thank you Friends for all your support. What began as a Gala auction item became a beautiful celebration of friendship and community. At the 2026 St. Jude Church and School Gala in Delray Beach, the Cheng family bid on the Havana Night experience, welcoming members of the St. Jude administration and our pastor into their home for an evening filled with delicious Cuban cuisine, laughter, and fellowship.

What made the evening even more special was the presence of so many more families and children, whose energy, joy, and enthusiasm brought the gathering to life. As conversations flowed and friendships deepened, we were reminded that St. Jude is so much more than a church and school—it is a family. We are grateful for a community of believers who genuinely care for one another, celebrate together, and create opportunities to build lasting relationships. Nights like these remind us of the blessings that come from sharing a meal, opening our homes, and growing together in faith.

Tonight we celebrated our amazing American Heritage Girls as they “stepped up” and were recognized for a year filled with growth, leadership, friendship, faith, and service. From meetings and activities to meaningful service projects, each girl earned her badges and certificates through dedication, teamwork, and a willingness to serve others with joyful hearts. Their commitment and enthusiasm have made a beautiful impact on our school community, and we are so grateful for all they have contributed throughout the year.

A heartfelt thank you to the board members whose time, organization, and leadership makes this program such a success. We are also deeply thankful to the moms who led independent groups, guided the girls, encouraged them, and helped create such meaningful experiences along the way. Together, you are helping form young women of character, compassion, and faith — and the difference you are making is truly lasting. Congratulations to all of our girls on a wonderful year!

The excitement from these PreK students when they received their yearbook today was priceless. Friends, we pray you have many moments of JOY this summer! Take time to appreciate the little things, the simple pleasures, the ice cream days, pool days, walks in the park, late mornings and warm hugs - each day offers something to be grateful for! The 5th graders spent time in class creating Math board games for their 1st grade buddies. Some students designed their own original games, while others based it on familiar games and added Math elements to make them educational and fun. They worked hard on making the boards, game pieces, and questions engaging and appropriate for 1st graders. Most importantly, everyone had a spectacular time playing the games together. It was a wonderful experience enjoyed by both the 1st and 5th graders! So many fun and educational moments at the end of the school year! 🎉☺️♥️
