Gentlemen, this one is for you! After designing this workshop, it suddenly occurred to me, this is exactly what men need. And anyone who has tight hips, difficulty squatting, and restrictions or immobilization bc of hips.
We’re going to learn the anatomy of this region of the body and the stretches and techniques that allow us to live pain free. Aug 26th 11-12:30.

Happiness is a play within the game of life. When there’s a zig, then you zag. And choose joy. When you get stuck, get up and move. Because you can. When the rollercoaster gets to be too much, then sit still. Meditate.
Happiness requires your effort. Then, when we experience it, we forget how we may have worked really hard for it. Happiness is the relaxed natural inner-you-ness that comes out when you take away the outer crust-i-ness. I do like a good crust, although not around my happiness!

Admittedly, my daughter gives me the grand excuse to be a kid and I’ll take it! Dance parties and ice cream sundaes would’ve never been a part of my routine without her.
There’s no better purpose to life... than to explore. Let’s normalize being a kid! If it’s not fun, then move on. If things aren’t going good, move on to the next thing. And It’s totally ok to be unhappy, uncomfortable, crying and do it anyway!
Loving all the adventures thru quarantine, all the relationships decaying and newly fostered, and getting comfortable with having no clue what’s coming next. Living life in the moment. #2020 has been the ultimate meditation. Namaste 🙏
